The villa consists of 2 floors:
1st. floor:
Consists of 3 spacious and bright bedrooms with fitted wardrobes. The very spacious master bedroom offers a fantastic view over the ocean. Furthermore there are two modern and spacious bathrooms, one of them “en-suite” in the master bedroom.

Ground floor:
Consists of a very nice and bright living room with direct access to the front terrace and the community garden, a cozy dining area with large dining table for 8 people, and a fully equipped kitchen with all appliances. From the kitchen and dining area there is direct access to a nice and spacious backyard offering dining a table and BBQ .

The entire villa is furnished with comfortable and modern furniture. On the terrace and the backyard you find comfortable dining tables and sunbeds , so you can relax and enjoy the outdoor life.

The community garden with the green lawn is big enough for everyone to sunbathe and engage actively. From the terrace and the garden there are unobstructed views over the mountains of Africa and Gibraltar down the coast.

There is a large community pool, where at one end there is a children pool only accessible for the few villas in this area.

The area
Miraflores is an award-winning luxury and exclusive urbanization and a private residential area located near Mijas Costa, 15 km from Marbella and 10 km from Fuengirola. To the east, just 35 km away, is Malaga Airport. It is situated on the vast expanse of the Riviera del Sol, built in the typical Andalusian pueblo style around tropical gardens and within easy reach of the beach. Each resort has its main leisure area with sun loungers and parasols as far as the eye can see.

There are several shopping centers within a short drive from the villa. The most popular shopping centers are:
Miramar shopping center in Fuengirola: 10 km
