The El Manantial complex is located in the lower part of Elviria, in a very quiet residential area where you can breathe fresh air. The apartment is just 800 m from the Elviria shopping center, where you can stock up at the Supersol and Supercor supermarkets. There are also several restaurants, bars and beaches within walking distance.

Elviria
Elviria is a lively low-density residential area with services. As the center of Marbella East, it has commercial facilities, restaurants and bars. The area is covered with vegetation, mostly native pines and cork oaks.

Just a ten minute drive from the center of Marbella and close to the many amenities of the bustling city of Marbella.

Golf/Tennis
Three golf courses are located in Elviria: Santa María Golf & Country Club, Greenlife Golf Club and El Soto Golf & Country Club. Tennis is also popular in this area and there are courts at the Don Carlos hotel and at the Hoffman Tennis Academy in La Mairena.

Spa/fitness
Elviria has five hotels, three of them five stars: Marriott’s Marbella Beach Resort, Don Carlos Leisure Resort & Spa and Vincci Selección Estrella del Mar. All of them have spa/fitness facilities, bars and restaurants. Our favorite is the “Estrella del Mar” beach club.
