From the living/dining room there is a direct access to the private garden and pool area as well as to a large terrace with stunning views over the mountains and green areas.  A fully equipped spacious kitchen with all appliances, 2 large 40 m2 terraces with fantastic views, one of them with glass curtains that makes the terrace enjoyable also on windy days and during the winter. A private garden , private pool and parking for 2 cars completes this rustic and charming villa.

Apart from the private pool, the urbanization offers a community heated pool (28 degrees) and a beautiful community garden with tropical trees and flowers, for you to enjoy and relax. All included in the price.
