Booking Conditions

Payment

When booking, 20% of the total amount is paid. The remaining amount is payable no later than 2 weeks before check-in. You will receive a confirmation of the reservation by email subject to owners approval.

Security deposit

For each rental, Hello Sun requires an amount between €300 and €500 depending on the accomodation to ensure that the property is returned in proper condition. After each departure, Hello Sun inspects the accommodation. In case of damage, defects of items and similar. the cost will be deducted from the deposit and the remaining amount will be refunded.

Cancellation

If you cancel the reservation, the booking fee will NOT be refunded if cancellation occurs earlier than 2 months prior to check-in. The fee will be refunded only if cancellation is from our side or cancellation is due to Force Majeure.
If a reservation is paid by credit card and later cancelled, all bank charges are imposed on the client.

Protection of personal information

In accordance with the Privacy Act, we do not have the right to share your information. Your information is safe with us.

Keys

Keys will be delivered at the holiday home. Upon arrival at the property, the client will receive information about the accommodation, installations and appliances as well as house rules and the use of shared facilities in the complex or resort.

The client will verify that the household appliances function correctly and will inform Hello Sun of any deficiencies within 24 hours after arrival at the property.

The key will be provided upon presentation of a confirmed rental agreement.

If you lose the key, a fee is charged.

Check-in

Check-in is from 3 pm to 12 pm (midnight) and departure is before 10 am. Failure to check out on time may result in additional charges.
If you plan to arrive outside office hours, please contact us in advance. A fee of €50,- must be expected upon arrival later than 12.00 pm (midnight).

Cleaning and damage

Cleaning fee:  Between €120,- € 160 depending on the holiday home.
Cleaning of the apartment is payable by the client at booking and therefore no additional cleaning fee is charged.
As a client you are liable for all damages, breakages and losses related to your stay. Any damage is deducted from the deposit and if the damage is more extensive than the deposit paid, a separate bill is issued for immediate payment.

Fire alarms: Please note that smoke detectors and alarms in the apartment are very sensitive. Be careful when cooking.
All our homes are NON-smoking

Pets

According to local health regulations, no pets are allowed in our accommodations unless special conditions and / or regulations are given or with the permission of the owner.

Rules

The lease is terminated immediately if there are more people than agreed in the holiday home. Contact us immediately if you expect more occupants than specified by the booking.

It is not permitted to hang clothes, towels and the like over balconies. Clients are requested to use the drying rack in the holiday home.
