Booking Conditions

Please take the time to read and understand the booking conditions below before booking.

Prices

Prices indicated on our website are those in effect at the time of viewing only. Prices are updated from time to time and are only guaranteed once the reservation fee has been paid (although we reserve the right to change prices at any time in the case of error).

All prices indicated include all taxes.

Payment

At the time of your booking you will be required to pay a reservation fee of 20% of the full amount payable (excluding any security deposit) in order to secure the accommodation and selected dates. The remaining amount is payable no later than 2 weeks before check-in. You will receive a confirmation of the reservation by email subject to owner’s approval.

If the time of booking your arrival date is less than 60 days, the full amount must be paid on booking.

Security deposit

For each rental, Hello Sun requires an amount specified on the rental agreement to ensure that the property is returned in proper condition. The security deposit is not included the total price of the accommodation and  will be required in cash or by credit card at arrival.

The security deposit covers:

  • Damage or loss to accomodation contents
  • Excessive cleaning costs
  • Excessive electricity use (e.g. air conditioning on full with external doors left open).

A full and detailed check of the accommodation will take place by Hello Sun at departure. In case of any faults or damages, the cost will be deducted from the deposit and the remaining amount will be refunded immediately, unless the cost exceeds the amount of the security deposit. In that case an additional amount will be charged to cover the cost of damages or faults.

Cancellation

If the cancellation occurs less than 60 days prior to arrival , no refunds will be granted. Payment will only be refunded if cancellation is from our side or due to Force Majeure.

If a reservation is paid by credit card and later cancelled by the client, all bank charges are imposed on the client.

Keys

Keys will be delivered at the holiday home. Upon arrival at the property, the client will receive information about the accommodation, installations and appliances as well as house rules and the use of shared facilities in the complex or resort.

The client will verify that the household appliances function correctly and will inform Hello Sun of any deficiencies within 24 hours after arrival at the property.

The key will be provided upon presentation of a confirmed rental agreement.

If you lose the key, a fee is charged.

Check-in

A copy of passport or Photo Identification  will be required at arrival.

Check-in is from 3pm to 12pm (midnight) and departure is before 11am. Failure to check in and check out on time result in additional charge of €50.
If you plan to arrive outside office hours, please contact us in advance. A fee of €50,- must be expected upon arrival later than 12.00 pm (midnight).

Cleaning and damage

Cleaning fee is included the total price and thereby no additional cleaning fee will be charged.

Pets

According to local health regulations, no pets are allowed in our accommodations unless special conditions and / or regulations are given or with the permission of the owner.

Rules

The lease is terminated immediately if there are more people than agreed in the holiday home. Contact us immediately if you expect more occupants than specified by the booking.

It is not permitted to hang clothes, towels and the like over balconies. Clients are requested to use the drying rack in the holiday home.
