The location of this charming Andalusian-style apartment is excellent at the popular urbanization “Pueblo Evita”, very close to all amenities such as restaurants, supermarkets, shops and only 400m to the beach of Benalmádena. The panoramic views over the Mediterranean Sea, mountains and skyline are stunning and make this holiday home perfect.
No need for a car as you have everything within walking distance and there is only a couple of 100 meters to the nearest supermarket and restaurants. There is also tennis and paddle tennis courts 150 away. This is not included in the urbanization.

The apartment is on 85 m2 featuring 3 bedrooms with fitted wardrobes, master bedroom with double bed and the 2 other bedrooms with 2 single beds in each, 2 bathrooms with both bathtub and shower, one of them “en-suite”, a bright living/dining room with ceiling to floor glass door leading to the terrace, a fully equipped kitchen with all appliances and best of all, a spacious 40m2 sunny terrace with stunning views.

The entire apartment is furnished with comfortable furniture. On the terrace there is a table and 6 chairs with a parasol for al fresco dining, 2 chairs and a small drinks table and sunbeds. There is also a built in BBQ. Here you can enjoy meals at all times of the day while enjoying the amazing view over the Mediterranean Sea.

Pueblo Evita is an Andalucian-style urbanization/resort. Within the urbanization there is a community swimming pool  for adults and one for children, which are available from March to end of October. There is also a shared pool on the roof of the complex. The roof top area is open all year for sunbathing. The urbanization also offers summer activities, billiards, darts, etc. There is a clubhouse with a cafe bar/restaurant next to the lower pool, which is open from 10am daily offering food and drinks. Due to the typical Andalucian village architecture, the apartment is not suitable for people with reduced mobility as there are steps around the complex and no lifts.

Sporty people are very fond of this promenade as well, as they can enjoy a morning walk or run. There are also many fun water opportunities at the beach.
